How far in advance should I book the event?
We encourage our clients to secure their booking as early as possible to ensure availability of their preferred date. This allows us to dedicate the necessary resources and attention to detail for a seamless experience. Additionally, advance booking enables us to accommodate any special requests, such as custom decor or permits, with ease.
Please note that late bookings may require a larger initial deposit to confirm your reservation.
Do you travel?
Yes! We travel for events across the bay area. Anything beyond 30 miles from San Jose, will have an additional travel fee of $2 a mile.
Are you licensed and insured?

Is a deposit required?
We require a $200 deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. Following this, we will work closely with you to arrange either a full payment 7 days prior to the event or a personalized payment plan. While we understand that the financial commitment may be significant, our goal is to provide a flexible and comfortable arrangement that meets your needs while also ensuring timely payments.
What is your cancellation policy?
While we understand some circumstances are beyond your control, please note that deposits are typically non-refundable. However, we are open to considering exceptions on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specific circumstances and notice period provided. In such instances, we will engage in a conversation with our clients to explore possible solutions.
Is gratuity included in the cost?
